The niche urn has a slightly shorter top, rendering a perfect fit within a columbarium niche with an interior height of 12". The solid art glass heart keepsake fits perfectly in the palm of one’s hand, for moments of quiet reflection. If a family should choose to scatter or divide the cremains among family members, a mini-urn will hold a little portion of the ashes as a small funeral urn memorial within the home.

If a columbarium niche is your choice for placement of the urn, please kindly check the interior dimensions, particularly the height of the niche with your funeral director, cemeterian, or clergy member in order to ensure a proper fit.

Alternatively, an artistic urn makes a beautiful permanent in-home memorial to your loved one. Some families might prefer to scatter the cremains, and keep only a portion of the ashes within a small mini-urn. If the family should choose to conduct a scattering ceremony, it is advised to appoint one family member or close friend to check that scattering is allowed in the intended location. Many cemeteries have created scattering gardens for exactly this purpose.
