Poppies Small Baby Cremation Urn in Hand Blown Art Glass

This charming infant cremation urn is hand-blown by a glass artist to depict an enchanting field of brilliant poppies.  The glass artist uses murrinis, which are small glass ornaments that are gathered together on the blower's pipe with molten glass, making tiny red flowers that are embedded in the glass.  The sphere's base is a ring of mirror-polished solid brass. The interior volume of the vessel is up to 12 cubic inches, which is roughly equal to the volume of cremation ashes from an infant weighing up to 12 pounds. The Closure is made of solid mirror-polished brass, providing a space for engraving. Included are a plastic liner bag, and a small velvet pouch for containing mementos.
