Poppies Small Pet Urn for Ashes

This charming small pet urn for ashes is hand-blown by a glass artist, using murrinis. Murrinis are tiny glass ornaments that are gathered together on the blower's pipe with molten glass in order to represent small red flowers that are embedded in the glass. The resulting fanciful landscape depicts a beautiful field of brilliant red poppies. The sphere urn's base is a ring of mirror-polished solid brass. The interior volume of the pet urn vessel is up to 12 cubic inches, which is roughly equal to the volume of cremation ashes from a pet of up to 12 pounds, such as an average cat or a small dog. The Closure is made of solid mirror-polished brass, providing a space for engraving. Included are a plastic liner bag, and a small velvet pouch for containing mementos.
