The purchase price of Cremation Urns by Legacy’s products includes ground shipping to anywhere in continental North America, which usually takes 8 to 10 business days (sometimes less, depending upon your location). This is automatic when you purchase your urn and elect the Free Shipping option offered during Checkout in our secure Shopping Cart. If you would like a more accurate arrival date, kindly contact us with your zip or postal code and we will be more than happy to reply promptly with your estimated delivery date.

Should you require faster service, we can offer expedited delivery options in our Shipping Cost Calculator, at an extra charge. Simply click one of the Shipping Service alternatives that are offered during Checkout, for Express Service. Your package can be ready for shipping within 24 hours of payment. Although we make every effort to ensure delivery of your package within the estimated time frame, the arrival date cannot be guaranteed, due to issues beyond our control such as weather, the shipping carrier’s potential delays, and Customs potential delays. Customs delays are not likely because we are a frequent and known shipper, and our urns and keepsakes qualify for NAFTA duty-free status.

Shipping damage is almost impossible, as we package our products incredibly well. In the unlikely event of damage due to shipping, you are required to contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photograph showing the damage, emailed to service@Cremation-Urns-Legacy.com, and save all packaging, so we can endeavor to remove the damaged item, in its original packaging, and replace your order promptly.

Cremation Urns by Legacy’s urns and keepsakes are hand-made, unique works of art. Slight variations in color and dimension are the desirable earmarks of the process of creating them.

We often hear that our cremation products are even more beautiful in person than they appear in photography on our web site. If for any reason you are not completely delighted with your Cremation Urns by Legacy product, please contact us in writing within 2 weeks of receiving it, at service@Cremation-Urns-Legacy.com, and we will accept its return for either exchange or for full refund, less shipping.
